Pilates Nation offers a range of classes to suit everybody's goals and personal style. From the precision and control of traditional Pilates to the all-out intensity of Interval XT, every class employs a new, fun and fresh approach to keep you on your toes. Classes are limited to ten participants to ensure maximum individual support and maximum results.
Bootcamp Pilates
The latest Hollywood fitness craze is now available in Antwerp for the first time at Pilates Nation. Bootcamp Pilates is the ultimate fusion workout, combining deep core strengthening with high-intensity fitness training… all set to pumping music. Fast and furious from start to finish, exercises are performed on the “reformer”, an ingenious piece of equipment using pulleys and springs for a fun, dynamic and high-impact workout that’ll get your heart pumping and your muscles burning!
SPX Reformer
Featuring STOTT PILATES® these classes are performed on the reformer and progress from essential level to an intermediate level. The pace is gentle, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total-body workout.
Before you take part in this class you must have completed an SPX Reformer Intro. This is a 30 minute session that needs to be booked with the reception.
Treadlates™
The ultimate combination of cardio, resistance and core training in one class.
30 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the treadmill (loopband) followed by 30 minutes of Bootcamp Pilates. HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a form of cardio exercise that is proven to burn 9 TIMES more fat than regular cardio, in less time!

Interval XT™
Interval XT™ is the Xtreme workout, taking your power, endurance, core and body strength to new heights. Combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the treadmill with Plyometric exercises and Suspension Training using the revolutionary TRX, Interval XT™ is a powerful workout that will deliver sure-fire results.
Turbulence
Jump, run, sweat and train in circuits to whip yourself into shape. Incorporating training hurdles, slider discs, TRX Suspension Training and Treadmill running, this class is designed to burn fat, improve balance and muscle definition. Each circuit station will challenge your limits and energize your spirit!
